Join Stacey in the yoga studio at Lifetime Summerlin to practice and explore a variety of Pranayama Breathwork techniques to connect to your mind, body and soul. All levels welcome.
Pranayama, often called yogic breathing, is a practice focused on controlling and extending one’s breath to enhance physical and mental well-being. It involves various techniques that regulate the flow of prana (life force) through the body, leading to benefits like stress reduction, improved focus, and increased energy.
All-levels welcome. $35/investment per student.
